Hello All! How’s your week going so far? Who all watched The Biggest Loser last night? I’d LOVE to hear what everyone thought.

I kept thinking and thinking “what works for me this week?” and then I’d reply to an @Reply on Twitter and then laugh at something clever someone would say, then I’d go back to thinking “Ok really, what works for me this week?” and then I’d ask a question on Twitter and would receive an answer quickly from all you smarties out there. THEN it hit me… TWITTER works for me.

Its a neat little-big community that gets you connected with a ton of really awesome people {some times not so awesome people say stuff to you, and you ignore them }

I’ve gotten to tweet-meet a super cool trainer chick who’s blog is awesome, FitProSarah really is motivating!

My creative Sister whose blog blows me away. We tweet each other, because the phone is so last year.

And when I was planning my wedding, I got to chat with the darling Relentless Bride and plan along with her. I cannot wait till her wedding!

Twitter is also a great way to share my blog with tons of other people who absolutely love it come visit sometimes.
