Stumbled upon your site through one of the fitness blogs I’m reading. I’m doing a bit of running myself and I just started last year! Just this Sunday, I was able to complete a 15km run for around 1 hr and 45 minutes. I was able to shave 14 minutes from my previous 15k just by buying the right type of shoe and Nike Dri fit socks (which prevented blisters for me for the first time!)
Anyway, just wanted to say keep up the good work! I run a blog as well at http://www.cubiclewarriorblog.com. If ever you want me to guest post on your blog (have a couple of ideas) just do let me know! It will be an honor to write for your awesome blog
Thanks a lot and more power! I’m still waiting for my official time, what we use here in Asia is called the D-tag which has like a radio frequency ID that is scanned at various check points across the race.
