Where do you run?
It’s time to Adopt!
Happy Friday my friends!! This week has flown by like crazy for me. How about you?
So yesterdays kick boxing class seriously was AMAZING! I felt like a fool a few times, because I couldn’t see the instructor so I had no idea what to do, but all in all it was brilliant. I felt like I worked my whole body extremely hard and didn’t realize how hard it was until afterward. Lil’sis went with me and we were pretty fired after, we took this video {turn your head sideways, I can’t figure out how to flip it} its humorous… we can’t even talk right we’re so fired…
Told you it was silly.
Now, most of my friends right now have baby fever… me… I have puppy fever. I’ve been roaming the internet daily to find a little addition to our lives. Petfinder.com has been my main place to look, since most local shelters have their pups listed on there… here’s just a few of the cute little faces I’ve come across…
I bring you Brutus…
How cute is this face!? You can find him here.
Queso {how cute is that!}
You can find him here.
Look at this face. Gideon!
Grab his cuteness, here.
And last, the pup I wanted to get, but there’s an adoption pending *sad face*. Tuti…
Melts my heart! Check out more here.
Now go adopt a puppy!!
And tell me about your weekend plans… we’ve got a 3 miler scheduled tomorrow. One more week until NASHVILLE!!!!
It’s all about the Rodeo
Last week was Spring Break here, and it was also Rodeo season…
Hubs and I went to the Rodeo on Monday and Thursday night.
Monday night we saw Lady Antebellum play…
It was a gorgeous Spring day that afternoon. Absolutely loved it.
We watched the rodeo go on, which honestly, I’m not too thrilled with, I think its not fair to the animals and the “cowboys” are way too rough with the animals. I’m just sayin’.
However, the kids mutton bustin’ is hilarious…. I laughed, hard. This kid below obviously wasn’t too thrilled either…

The stadium is huge… we had nice seats

Lady A began and did a good job, not the most amazing concert I’ve seen, but they sounded just as good as they do on the radio. YEA for good singers.
We left before the concert ended and headed home.
Thursday we went to see the Black Eyed Peas play…
We got to the Rodeo earlier on Thursday to see some of the other things at the rodeo…
Especially the bunnies
Isn’t he cute?
Hubs wearin’ his boots… he can be so country
Lil’sis and I posing in front of a pretty car… that you can’t even see…
And then the Black Eyed Peas started…
Best. Concert.
Ever!
That night was fun! Loud… but fun!
The Rodeo goes on for about 3 weeks here {correct me if I’m wrong} and we made it to two of the shows. I say that’s pretty good.
And about all the country I can take! Oh and side note, there is nothing at ALL Healthy at the rodeo to eat… its pretty much impossible. The place smells like fried… everything! Its crazy. It needs a healthy over-haul for sure.
What did you do during Spring Break?
Get to the Core
I barely ever workout my abs, like, Never.
The machines at the gym are seriously intimidating to me, I really never use them.
The other day, my lil’ sis and I went to the gym and we decided to do these ball exercises…
The back extension one still has me sore! Wowie!
I found some other great ball exercises here: Fitness Magazine.
What kind of core workouts do you do? Any tips/suggestions?

Who’s saying what?
