Jumping Jacks Challenge


My sister told me to blog more. So I thought of a fun challenge for us!

Did you know that 700 jumping jacks could help you lose 1 pound? Of course with a healthy diet in place. You can’t go eat a pile of pies and expect jumping jacks to help you lose weight. Remember, its 30% exercise, 70% diet that brings in results.

So here’s the challenge this month. With the holidays upon us that means that exercise can sometimes go to the waste side, but doing so means that all that holiday partying can go to your waist size. SO…. Let’s find ways to get our fitness on, yes?

Jumping Jacks Challenge

Each day in December take some time to get some Jacking Jacks in. All it takes is less than 5 minutes to knock out this mini exercise. It requires no equipment at all, just YOU.

You ready for this? I’m committing to do these jumping jacks and I know you can too! Every little bit adds up, to something great!

  4. wow! that is a cool challenge!!! I might have to try that with you! My husband has us doing a 100 day Burpee Challenge on our blog. You should do it with us!!! Honestly I hate burpees but would rather do jumping jacks till the cows come home!!! ;)
