Tuesday has become busy-crazy day. I teach boot camp in the morning (which was AWESOME!! Ya’ll rocks ROCKED it!) and then in the evening I teach back to back boot camp classes from 6 till 8. In between that time I have work to accomplish and somehow feed myself. Well… I looked at the clock at 1:30 it accrued to me I still hadn’t had lunch… I needed to something quick and filling so I can get on with my other tasks for the day. The thing about being hungry and pressed for time, is NOTHING sounds good. Is that just me? I don’t know. I couldn’t figure out what I wanted, but I needed substance and protein… I solved my hunger with this…
Hello Oikos Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Divinity in a cup!
And for substance I had a carb check bagel. I know some people think it tastes like card board (maybe I like card board….) but I think its quite tasty and enjoy eating them on occasion. I added some fresh blueberries in the yogurt and spread the greek yogurt on the bagel and viola! It was perfect. Filling and satisfying. How’s that for a random lunch?
