I’m really excited about this race, its local, Kim is running it and my lil’ sis will be doing it too. This will be Kim and I’s 4th race together this year and the 2nd one with lil’sis.

My Chicago half pics weren’t too bad…I think I’m getting better at them since I started running practicing having a prettier, less pained expression on my face. Fake it till you make it, right?!
Super excited about our 4th race together! I have at least one other friend joining us, so this is going to be sooo exciting! A little nervous about it, though, cuz not sure how many miles I’m pulling beforehand with my group.

I hate my race pictures. Of 100, only one might turn out. I do like looking at them, though, to try to analyze my gait. I learn a lot about my running that way.

Great pics! I’ve never bought race photos before, but I’ve always wanted to. I just wish they weren’t so darn expensive! : )

I’ve never had a good race photo. I wanted to buy one from my first marathon, but they were all ugh. For some reason my eyes are always closed, my mouth is always open and both feet are on the ground.

Melissa – I agree. I think its crazy how expensive racing photos cost. I don’t know if the photographer gets paid to do these events or just hopes to make money from people purchasing them. I’m assuming they get paid for these events. So I’d think that could sell them at a discount. Ya know?
Pink Girl – Thats how my Half-Marathon pictures were. I wanted to buy them, but when I saw them I was like “I’m not framing that!”
