My little Yorkie graduated from Puppy School last Thursday.
It was a little touch and go there for a while ya’ll. Taxi didn’t really like her instructor and they often got in “arguments“… ahem….
But soon over the weeks, Taxi’s little/big attitude changed and she started to understand the commands and was becoming such a perfect little dog. 
We thanked the the instructor over and over again at the end of the graduation, but she told Hubs and I that we were the ones who did all the work. We trained our dog! YEA! I looked at hubs and said “Maybe this means we’ll be good parents one day too.”

Oh dear… SO cute! I have been trying to convince my husband to get a dog and he won’t budge!
So, when you say, “Maybe this means we’ll be good parents one day too”… are you trying to tell us something? Are you EXPECTING us to get the hint??? :O)
I’m impressed since many, many moons ago Penelope and I had to drop out. She was a disaster. Oh she understood all the commands and whatnot…she just only wanted to do them on her terms. She’s such a Beagle that way. I can’t even imagine taking Delilah to a class – pretty sure we could get kicked out.
Yeah, yeah…such a reflection of their “mother”.

Yay for Taxi! Training makes a huge difference!! It doesn’t mean they will be perfect, but at least now they know when they’ve done something wrong! : )
My husband and I started with a cat, then a dog. Once the boys came into the picture, the cat and dog suddenly seemed so much easier. Yes, they are great training tools for parents.
Congrats! Taxi deserves a treat. When i only had the girl yorkie I tried to take her to a training class. Yeah, she showed them where to go. My bf though has taught both the kids commands in 2 days time. He’s like dog whisperer or something!
Taxi is so cute! My husband and I are thinking of getting a Yorkie, but neither of us have been around one much. What can you tell me about them? We both work full time so not sure what we would do with the dog while we are at work. Do you have that situation with Taxi?
