  1. I schedule my workouts also. I have to or I won’t follow through with anything haha. I’m training for my first half (Disney Wine & Dine) and my first full (RnR San Antonio) and holy crap they are both coming up so fast!!

    Cross-training is almost always time spent on the elliptical or bike. If either of those, it’s time spent on the couch…

  2. I do follow a training schedule- Hal’s novice marathon program. I am currently training for my first full (Chicago on 10.10.10). Cross training is usually on Sunday’s and I try to do exercise TV on Comcast.
