Remember the other day when I needed a do-over? Poor Taxi needed one too the other morning…
Poor little pup, got her head stuck in a tissue box. I came to the rescue, but of course had to take a picture first.
So, have you ever exercised and then later went to eat something and had extra of whatever you’re eating and said “I earned it, I worked out today.“
Yep, been there, done that.
The thing is, just because you worked out doesn’t equal a free pass to binge. You could in a matter of minutes cancel out every bit good you just did for yourself while working out.
I think it can be hard to remember that sometimes. But, its do-able.
Ever been guilty of post-workout bingeing? What do you do to overcome it?

My largest meal is post-workout so I make sure I train hard in order to earn it…and when I’m done eating, I make sure I close the kitchen and keep busy so I don’t keep eating and eating and eating! ;-0
Since my best workouts lately are my long runs, I end up kinda lucky because the last thing I want to do is eat when I’m finished running. I think it’s the heat…it sucks everything out of me. A couple of hours later, I’m a ravenous bear, but I just stick to my diet plan and all is well! =)
Actually, last night I ate Carmel Machiatto Star Buck’s ice cream and found myself reducing the number of calories per serving by the number of calories I burned on my walk yesterday morning…..ugghh …so guilty!!!
i use to be guilty of that all the time. then i wondered why i never lost weight. thankfully i’m more educated and understand that rarely do i exercise enough to justify more (healthy) food. long runs (7 miles or more) would be the exception.
should have titled that picture “help i neeb a tissue, my nobe is stubby”
