This week I woke up at 5:30AM to go running with my lil’sis. Ya’ll know I don’t do mornings. But let me just say…
It was such a pleasant run. From the moment I woke up, I felt great, got plenty of sleep, ate half a bagel with PB, met lil’sis up at the park, the weather was decent not too hot, a few miles later, before it got super hot – we finished, said our goodbyes and I hopped in the car, downed water and ate the other half of the bagel.
Was home little after 8AM, showered and completed a ton of tasks I needed to get done, ALL BEFORE NOON.
So now I get why ya’ll get up so dang early, you morning runners, you. It was genius, I tell you. fantastic workout and I felt fantastic the whole day.
