Workout Wednesdays, get your sweat on!


Good Morning ya’ll! How’s your week going so far? Good I hope. :)

Ever workout and want to tell everyone about it because you’re proud of your accomplishment? {Yes, exercise IS an accomplishment}

Well, I decided to start “Workout Wednesdayscarnival. Here’s how it’s going to work…

  1. Write a blog post about your workout, it doesn’t have to be on Wednesday, any workout you did that week is fine, and post.

The other day I was reading Fitness Magazine and saw this exercise…

I decided to try it. First I took Taxi on a run/walk for about 25 minutes, then I did the Fitness Mag workout. My legs were burning after the end of it. Ever do a workout from a magazine? I stretched…

and then worked on holding a 30 second planks…
