Happy Friday my friends! How was your short week? Gotta love having a holiday in the week.
I’ve kind of been dreading today though. I’m taking Taxi to the vet to get spayed.
Sigh… and the vet is over an hour drive away. Oh boy, this is going to be an interesting morning.
The other day I came across Skinny Taste, and it has a ton of recipes.
One of which I decided to try for Hubs birthday back in May {yeah, I kept forgetting to post about it}…
The recipe was for healthy brownies. I love brownies, they’re fun and normally easy to make. Well this recipe was definitely the easiest, ever.

I tired them, and thought they were fantastic. But the real question is, would Hubs like them.
The verdict? He liked them! I asked him if I ever made them again, would be eat them, and he said yes.
YEA!
It sounds a little crazy, but I promise, it’s worth a try.
