Get to the Core


I barely ever workout my abs, like, Never.

The machines at the gym are seriously intimidating to me, I really never use them.

The other day, my lil’ sis and I went to the gym and we decided to do these ball exercises…

The back extension one still has me sore! Wowie!

What kind of core workouts do you do? Any tips/suggestions?

  1. I rarely do direct ab work eithe I let a lot of compound moves do the work like deadlifts, overhead presses, decline skullcrushers…that sort of thing! However, I do plank variations from time to time and reverse crunches from time to time!
