So half-marathon training has been going great, definitely a little chilly at times, but otherwise great. I’ve really enjoyed training for this race with my husband, it great quality time together.
On Saturday we went for a 5 mile run. It was chilly out in the AM, but I knew it would get warmer as we ran and the morning warmed up. So instead of layering up, I decided to wear my zensah arm sleeves.
The arm sleeves definitely kept my arms warm, especially my elbows. The other day we went for a run, it was chilly out and I wore a t-shirt and my elbows actually hurt. So the arm sleeves really helped on saturday.

My one and only complaint with them {which is really my fault} is they slide down, but I think its my fault because I ordered an “L/XL” size. I thought that’s what I’d wear. I should have gotten a smaller size…. and in PINK! 
So other than that, they’re great!
Annnnnd there’s only a few more months until the Rock ‘n Roll series half-marathon in Nashville! SUPER excited!

I’ve wanted to try arm sleeves but I have big arms and I’ve always worried it would make them look even fatter…lol.
Time is really going to start flying by, I have just over 2 weeks till mine and I can’t believe it, where did the time go? It seems like just yesterday that I had 3 months.
I L-O-V-E my zensah sleeves! I have them in small and black but they are still a little big on me. I have to ghetto rig them with safety pins to stay up! LOL!
Did you change up your site? I wear Zensah pants beneath my basketball pants on race days and I LOVE them. Huge difference for me post race. But I don’t wear “arm panties” …
