My two sisters and my dad all have body buggs and love them and totally recommend them! My biggest pain post race was my right hip and it was pointed out to me that I ran on one side of the road and I should have been more symmetrical - it never occurred to me! Doh! haha! I did have some arm and shoulder pain, too, though, so I'm totally going to try those exercises above! =)

A friend of mine is doing the Rodeo Run for her first ever 5K, I wish I was in town for it because I loves me some rodeo! I'm doing a 5 miler in Oklahoma instead though. I am looking for a race in Houston for Easter weekend if you know of any cool races.
