Yesterday was our One Year Anniversary. 
We went to a tasty Italian restaurant…
called Maggiano’s Little Italy. It was beyond delicious!
I got the Gnocchi. I’ve always seen it in the grocery store, but was too leery trying it so I never had Gnocchi before and I decided it’d be a good time to try it…
it was amazing! It was in a pesto sauce, had olives, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, and spinach. SUPER delicious. It was a huge plate, I barely did any damage to it, I took the rest home. Hubs got the baked ziti and his was the same way, amazingly good and amazingly huge, he took his home too. YEA for left-overs.
So now that I know I like Gnocchi, I’m going to buy it next time in the grocery store. I’m going to have to find a great recipe! Anyone have a good one? Ever try Gnocchi before?
Oh and also, my pink camera completely died… I mean DIED! It was so sad.. I had to borrow my sisters camera for our cruise. So I was completely thrilled when my awesome husband surprised me with this gem…
he knows my love for photography and that I was having with-drawls without a camera.

I have a sauce that is good to drizzle over gnocci. It’s a good and simple recipe. It’s not like what you had at dinner… but still good. It’s Connie’s recipe… so you cant go wrong.

Mmmmm, love me some Maggiano’s. I don’t think I’ve had their gnocci, but I’ve had it many a time. GOOD stuff.
