The other day I finally made it over to Bath Junkie, my friend gave me a super cool birthday gift from there, that you go to the store and create your own bath-salt scrub. 
I chose, Green Tea, Lemon Verbena & Peppermint.
Turned out smelling amazing…

Darnit! I wish I had won
I am definitely a morning workout person. I like to get it out of the way and it gives me energy throughout the day. By the time I get home I’m spent and working out is the last thing on my mind.

Lately, to get ready for my first half marathon and a race this weekend I’ve been running/exercising AM & PM. Man, it’s tough! But I feel fantastic.
