Happy Friday friends! What’s on your Weekend agenda?

Mine is a hodge-podge of things, Niece’s birthday party {HAPPY BIRTHDAY Lil’ M! her birthday is today }, hanging out with friends, getting a good run in this weekend and overall enjoying this gorgeous weather. Its pretty huge here in Houston when the weather is nice and humidity-less. {do I talk about the weather too much? yes? sorry… its my blog. }

Last night I taught my first ever Wholyfit class, it went great!

I am going to be SO sore. Something about teaching a class, being in the front and being the “example” makes you want to be completely perfect and hardcore when you’re teaching. I love it! I’m glad it went well. I seriously was getting nervous as the afternoon was going on, it felt like Thursday was the quickest day EVER. 5:00pm arrived so fast, sheesh. I’m really glad I pushed through my own insecurities to do something I’ve been wanting to do for a while. YEA!

And with that… I have a little treat for you…

I am so in love with Oikos Greek Yogurt,

it is beyond delicious, specially with some granola mixed in. Holy yummy! I’ve even bought the plain greek yogurt and added some ranch/vegetable seasoning for a tasty dip with veggies. Oh so good. I’ve taken the plain greek yogurt, with spinach, seasonings, and garlic into the blender and made some spinach pesto sauce for my pasta. TASTY! Yes there is so much you can do with Oikos Greek Yogurt… So, would you like to try some?
