I stumbled across this website and this video the other day…
For all you Biggest Loser fans, this is Michelle Aguilar, Season 6 winner’s Story:
Such a great video, I love that, “I am Second.” Michelle is so inspiring. And to think… she almost quit. She stayed strong and WON!
Have you ever wanted to give up?
Since I’m finally coming back to the land of the living {the flu is just mean!}, I’ve been lacking in the running and working out in general department.
Which had bummed me out and I haven’t even been motivation to blog {eeeEEKK!}. I felt like giving up on working out, blogging, everything. Blah Blah Blah. Just blah.
Blogging and reading all of your blogs motivates me. So after I watched this video, read two very inspiring blogs {Thanks Redhead & B.o.B!} I went out for a run this afternoon. I’d love to say it was epically perfect… it… was not. My legs felt sluggish, and I felt tired. So after a mile I came inside and did some Wholyfit to stretch out these stiff muscles. Felt great! I can definitely feel I’m getting my fitness mojo back.

This is a great video. Very raw. Very inspiring.
Good for you for looking for inspiration when you need a little boost. That’s what I love so much about my “e” family…they are always there when I need a laugh, when I need to vent, when I need to laugh, and when I need to celebrate!
xo
No need for thanks girl. It’s tough coming back after being sick (or in my case injured). I had a couple of runs where I thought I was going to die. Just take it easy coming back. And pretty soon you’ll be right as rain.
i loved Michelle!! she was so nice and sweet, and it was a joy to watch her succeed. i love inspirations like this!!
You’ll be back before you know it.
Hi Lauren,
So, I saw this video was seven minute long…and thought…I’ll just skip ahead through it. I didn’t . So good to watch. So good to really absorb the message Michelle shared.
And you know what – even just getting “out there” a little bit, especially when you’re feeling sluggish – that’s awesome on your part!
i don’t have t.v. but i hear so many wonderful things about B.L. maybe i’ll check it out on dvd or hulu. glad you are starting to feel better. pace yourself and you’ll get your groove back in n time!
