		<description>Hey Lauren! Glad you got the package and hope you enjoy it! :D  About running being mental -- TOTALLY!  Honestly, I think running is at least 50% mental and 50% physical ability.  I know that when I have been in the right mind set and have had enough pep talks with myself, I have ran up to 19 miles without it being too torturous simply because I knew I had to do it and just did it.  Other days, to do even 3 miles is KILLER!  Granted there really are days your body is just exhausted, so...yea. it&#039;s definitely both mental and physical!
