Things I’ve Learned {so far} about Running…

Things I’ve learned {so far} from running:

  1. English muffin & peanut butter is my favorite pre-run eats
  2. No matter how many times you go pee before a long run, you’re going to have to pee again real soon.
  3. Getting mentally ready for a run is so important
  4. Any Gu’s, Goo’s, Gel’s or anything else of the sort is not my friend
  5. I really like sports beans
  6. That its important to voice your goals
  7. Breathe. It’s all about getting your breathing in a rhythm
  8. Signing up for your first a 5k walk/run will get you hooked. The running bug will bite!
  9. Read about running. Anyone can run, but doing it the right way keeps one running. :)
  10. That I am capable of more than I ever thought I could
