		<description>Spinning sounds like such a great workout. I need to find a place I can take exercise classes asap! I usually just do the stationary bike and 15 minutes of either abs or arms.</description>

My day centers around food, blogs, and workouts. I spin 1-2 times a week (in the gym or at home on my brand new used bike ;-) ) and I lift 4 days a week.
