On Monday I went to a new Spin Class, I was completely a sweaty mess at the end of it! During the class I feel like I could give up at any minute, but I keep telling myself that I can do this and its almost done… and I feel AMAZING afterwards. I’m wanting to add a few more classes during my week and add another wholyfit class to do. I don’t know about you, but I feel I get more out of my workout {minus running} when I go to classes.
Also, because I’m a health geek, I had to show you my beyond delicious salad the other day…

My day centers around food, blogs, and workouts. I spin 1-2 times a week (in the gym or at home on my brand new used bike
) and I lift 4 days a week.
Life is good!
I love spinning! It’s weird b/c I don’t like actual biking though. Salad looks delish. Daily routine = running. A lot. LOL!

Spinning sounds like such a great workout. I need to find a place I can take exercise classes asap! I usually just do the stationary bike and 15 minutes of either abs or arms.
