Hello world, how’s it going?
Tuesday evening my younger sister came over for a run date {love run dates don’t you?} and dinner.
We did an awesome 4 1/2 miles around the neighborhood & trail. It was hot, humid and hot. But we loved every minute of it. My sis is going to run the 10 for Texas with me in October… We’re thinking we need cute tank tops, any suggestions where to get customized tanks at?
After the run lil’ sis tried a VitaTop, the CranBran. It was tasty. Lil’ sis described it as a healthy cranberry bran muffin. Yum!
Speaking of vitatops… Did you enter the VitaTop Giveaway?!? Be sure to hop over to yesterday’s post and enter
And since I’m blogging from my handy dandy iPhone here’s some pictures for your viewing pleasure….

Oh gosh, when I used to love running, I couldn’t do it in humidity. I couldn’t get any air. And you tricked me! I first thought that VitaTop was a cookie. Haha!
I so love a run date! Good for you guys.
Try cafepress.com (I think that’s it) or there is a store near me call T-Shirt Cafe. Not sure if they have one by you, but it’s a great place to have shirts made. It’s where I got my Father’s Day race one made.
i’ll have to try those VitaTops out! good luck to you and your sis on the run in October! great pic of u2!
you and your sister are gorgeous!
Happy Humpday!

I didn’t even know CranBran was a flavor. Yummy!
awww…you two are so beautiful! the run sounds super fun. i wish i had a running partner
I order all of my custom tanks from customizedgirl.com. They are adorable, cheap, and you can make really great designs on them! i have a ton of them!!!
I love all the new blogs I’ve come across with this giveaway! I’ve been searching for custom tanks (or really tops in general) as well…I’m doing the Marine Corps Marathon with a friend of mine (it’s her first!) so we’re hoping to rock some matching tanks w/something written on them – if not preprinted, totally going to have fun with puffy paint. hehe Let me know what you end up going with!
