So, what in the world has been going on IN my world. Lots of new things coming up, which next week you’ll get to hear all about them… but one thing I wanted to mention was a spicy August Challenge that my buddy Kimberly has created…
The challenge will be for the month of August to see how much weight and/or inches you can losel… and the challenge comes with prizes… woo hoo! Kimberly has been a personal trainer for over 16 years, former body builder and group fitness instructor and has a heart and passion for all things fitness. She’s extemely encouraging. Saturday is my certification class for Wholyfit… 
it’ll be a long day of working out, testing, and perfecting. 8 hours exactly. Wish me luck!
