Hello lovely people, hope you’re having a great day! I’m so turned around on my days right now, I can’t believe tomorrow’s already Friday?!
Things are getting back to normal.. finally… I went to the grocery and pick up some Oikos greek Yogurt, I got the Vanilla. OMG. It’s amazing!

I’m wanting to try new recipes with it. Normally I just eat yogurt with granola and sometimes fruit. Here I added peaches! YUM!
So I’ve been going through all 300+ pictures from our vacay in Tennessee & Kentucky, trying to figure out how to do a recap of everything. So since I blogged most of the days, here, here, here, here, here, AND here, I’ll just post some of my favorite pictures of our trip, here we go!
Gatlinburg
all the roads were scary-curvy roads
Salt Water Taffy. Yum! {even through I never tasted it… tsk tsk}
Pretty Starbucks in Gatliburg
These huge-o crosses were everywhere in Tennessee
Hiking up to the Tri-State Marker. Hello hot weather!
Standing in three-states at one time. Tenn. Kentucky & Virginia
Totally worth the hot hike up to the Tri-State marker.
Went to the highest mountain {by driving and walking… a little} and got to see such a great view!
Hubs meets a baby goat, that was born just that morning. I LOVE this picture

In Tennessee we got to go to Dave Ramsey’s office; Financial Peace Plaza. The place was amazing, I even got a t-shirt {i’ll have to take a pic of} Bummer though, Dave himself was on vacation, so we didn’t get to meet him like we hoped, oh well, next time!
and that my friends is a quick recap. I’m sure I’ll find pictures that I wanted to post and overlooked later, so we’ll see.
On another note, I wanted to encourage all of you to check out “Operation Jack”, to learn about Autism and one Dad’s journey to make a huge impact…
“Operation Jack will be an attempt by Sam Felsenfeld to race at least one marathon a week in 2010 (60 total for the year) to generate attention that will raise funds and nationwide awareness for Train 4 Autism, an organization that works tirelessly to raise money for Autism charities.”
Oh it gives me chills thinking about it. You can follow Operation Jack on Twitter and become a fan on Facebook, and if you have a blog, mentioning this to your readers will help get the word out even more. Help get the word out and watch amazing things happen!
