I couldn’t be more excited about this idea…
Caitlin over at Healthy Tipping Point has created “Operation Beautiful“…
“Operation Beautiful” is simple: Leaving positive Notes everywhere, your home, at work, the gym, the grocery, etc.
I think this concept is awesome, simply spread encouragement around your world.
When I was in my pre-teen & teenage years, I dealt with such self-esteem issues, it still amazes me how I would think of myself back then. Any compliment or encouragement someone sent my way meant the world to me. I just wonder, what one note could do for someone who feels down about themselves. Maybe it could be that one note that would help boost their confidence.
I have yet to go out anywhere today, so I thought I’d show you the pictures I’ve put through my house…

“Beautiful. Strong. Confident. Don’t forget that.
“

“Be Blessed, Be Loved”

“Slow and Steady always WINS”
So tell me, what’s the BEST compliment you’ve ever received? How did it make you feel?

This is such an awesome concept!
The compliment that stands out the most to me is actually how I got my nickname. In high school, a group of friends were camping and we did the “if you could describe yourself in one word, what would it be?”
When it came to me, one of my friends shouted out, “Sunshine! Because she makes everyone around her smile.”
Aww Sunshine! I love that, such a sweet thing. Thanks for sharing.
Cute notes Lauren!
A great new friend from the BRA told me the other day that I was a good egg. LOL! I look up to her quite a bit so it means a lot.
On a purely vain note, another female running friend said I was “striking.” Gotta love compliments!
love this
great job girlie!
Aww Beth I love awesome compliments like that, I love the sweet ones and the vain ones hehe.
Thanks Aron
