Hello all, this week has been flying by to me. What about you?
Ever feel like you need a little energy boost?
I sure did.
I added some Wheat Grass from Amazing Grass into my morning smoothie that consist of:

- Almond Milk
- Bananas
- Agave Nector
- Caoco powder

Turned out really yummy!
Like my green cup too? Feelin’ GREEN!
Yesterday I went for a bike ride instead of a run or going to the gym. Hubs and I went to church Wednesday night, so we weren’t able to head to the gym, we’re going to go tonight. I need to lift some weights… my muscles are feeling blah.
This is the trial that I run and bike on by our house:

and then I thought I’d share a picture of my bike:
I’m a nerd. I know
The bike ride was going great, pushing myself to go pretty fast and then BAM!

The sprinklers tried to cramp my style. So I detoured and went around them. Wasn’t in the mood to be muddy and wet.
I really need to get a sports watch of some sort. Not sure I’m ready to throw down the big bucks for a Garmin {but they sure look super cool, and I want to be super cool
} but I do need a watch. Any suggestions?
So tell me, where do you grocery shop at & do you bring coupons? I’ve got to hit up the grocery store tonight, I’m trying a different grocery store than I normally do to see if the prices are better. We’ll see

Publix is huge in Florida so I go there. Not a coupon clipper although I should be.
As far as the watch I have a Timex Ironman and it been pretty good thus far. It doesn’t have a GPS so you kind of have to know how far your route is ahead of time.
I also have a Garmin. I think it’s maybe the first one ever made! LOL It’s kind of clunky but I love, love, love it. You should check amazon or ebay for used ones.
Cute bike and trail BTW.
I love the little snap by snapshot of your day! When I get some money together, I really need to purchase myself a bike. Spin class is fun, but I live in the Allegheny Mountains. There’s a great workout in these thar hills!!!
Hey Lauren! In regards to the Garmin 305 — I have one but only use the very very basic function simply to track how many miles i run. I haven’t even figured out how to calculate calories burned, or do the interval training or what not, so I don’t think it was worth the expense for what I’m using it for. I have a runner friend who swears by Polar (i will get the model for you that she loves so much). What kind of bike do you have? I have been dying to get one!
