The other day my sister came over and after hanging curtains we decided we need a Vegan cookie as a reward. 
We tried the Vegan Colossal Chocolate Chip Cookie from The Alternative Baking Company…
My sister and I decided to split the cookie, they’re big!
The cookie was quite delicious! Wasn’t too sweet either, tasted just like a regular chocolate chip cookie.
