Last night after my Wholyfit class, I checked the mail and GUESS WHAT!!! I received this fantastic treat from Beth over at Discom-BOB-ulated Running:

I am so excited! I’ve already started reading it. Thank you Beth!! I’m totally stoked about this book.
I’m really thinking of signing up soon for the 10 for Texas, 10 miler in October. I keep thinking “10 miles, can I do 10 miles!?” I know I can… So it’s time to get my game face on and make it happen!
I’m headed out the door for a busy day and have a running date with my friend Rachel today, YEA! I love running dates.

You can TOTALLY do the 10 miler! Heck, if I can run over 5 miles like I did today, after not having run that far in…wow…prolly 7 years? you can run a 10 miler! It’s all about smart training and progression. I think the ball’s in your court, sista! Yay! I need to subscribe to your blog updates!
