Wednesday was a pretty fab-o day, went to a strength training class at 24 hour fitness.
It had me sweatin’ more than an hour sauna sit while eating hot sauce!… I’m just sayin’.
It was hardcore. But I feel good! Even took the time to get in a 2-mile walk with my sister {it was about 3pm, really hot out to run, so we fast-walked, its thrilling, really…} and then an evening walk with my honey.
Wednesday was so WORKOUT day. I love it.

AMAZING GRASS! they rock! i am so not a green smoothie type of gal. in fact, i rarely use my blender. but Amazing Grass is so simple – just mix with unsweetened almond milk! love their stuff. i hope you like it!!!

oh gosh, how many days do i work out? at least 4-5.. i teach 3 days a week, and then i pay for personal classes 2 days a week… it varies only if classes are cancelled for some reason! i WISH i could rest more.. but luckily, as the instructor, if i’m feeling droopy one day, i can teach the class and walk around and “adjust” people and just not DO the class.. that’s a perk
Oooo. Any grassy food product scares me, but I look forward to reading about it.

I work out 5-6 days a week and rest on Sundays (sometimes Friday or Wednesday depending on my schedule).
I think I’m addicted.
