The other day I went searching on the Internet for some good tofu recipes.
I came across a recipe for Tofu Alfredo sauce.
I really like Alfredo, but it normally really hurts my stomach afterwards, so I thought hmm this doesn’t have heavy cream in it, so let’s try it out.
After blending all the ingredients into a creamy sauce in the Blender, I put the sauce in a pan on the stove to heat it up…

Made some Whole Wheat Shell pasta…

and added some veggies to mine {and chicken to Hubs}…

Turned out quite nice! Hubs even liked it and he knew there was tofu in it. Score!

I do think it tasted better the next day. My sister came over and we had some for lunch the next day and the flavor was even better. I’ll definitely be making this again.
So tell me, what’s one of your favorite recipes you use and where did you find it, online, in a magazine, random cookbook etc?
