My day is always greeted with Green Tea. I am a fan. No doubting that.
Right now I’ve been having the Bigelow Green Tea, normally it’s Tazo China Green Tips.
I like to change it up a little… just a little.
Since hubs and I have the 45 day challenge going on, I’ve been working out, but also I get bored of the same ol’ same ol’. I’ve been working on with the Wii! {Wii! always makes me cheer} We have Wii Fit, Wii Sports and Jillian Michaels‘ Fitness Ultimatum 2009 {She’s so awesome}. They’re all great!

And to keep getting my fitness on, I borrower my nephews from my sister and took the boys on a walk/jog {the stroller was SO heavy} through the walking trails.
It was absolutely gorgeous out, chilly even. Is this Texas? I’m confused, where’s the humidity? Who cares! I’m soaking this up while I can.
I discovered taking the boys on the walk was a whole lot harder than me going by myself, not because they were terrors, oh no, they were perfect angels {of course they were, they were with their Aunt LaLa}. The difficulty was how heavy the stroller was, 18 pound baby, 25+ toddler and an already bulky stroller.
Gosh I envied the chick running by with her jogging stroller. Oh well, I told myself I was burning more calories and pushed through the pain for a good 45 minutes. Good stuff!
So tell me, Are you a tea drinker? What’s your favorite? Do you Wii? You should Wii.
What do you wii? And finally, how do you keep your workout routines from getting stale? Do you change it up? Or are you happy with the same routine? Tell all!

anytime you wanna take them on a ride – you are more than welcome too! I got so much done while you were gone
It was a great workout!! So we both win
I wii… but not lately. You inspired me to get back on it!
I haven’t really ever tried green tea. Although I love sweet tea, but it’s not so good for the calorie counting.
We have a wii but not the fit. Is it worth the $$$? I would like to look at the JMichaels challenge. Is it any good?
I keep my workouts from getting stale by going to a different class at the YMCA every day. I love the kickboxing classes and weightlifting classes. I have been running on the treadmill lately, but I switched it up yesterday. I pushed Audrey in the jogging stroller while I jogged 2 miles. It was harder than the treadmill but I almost didnt notice b/c the weather was sooo beautiful. I will probably start doing that so I can get a tan! I can kill two birds with one stone — skinny butt and brown skin! Whoo hoo!!!
I love working out by the way!
i wish i could afford a Wii. i’ve done it at other people’s homes, and it is definitely fun, and i just LOVE Jillian.
i’ve never been a tea drinker, and because of health issues, believe me, i’ve tried to acquire a taste for it, and it just never stuck.
Yeaa Amy! Glad I could inspire
Bonnie, I think the wii fit is worth it. Its a lot of fun and you forget you’re working out. And that darn wii board {on the TV} reminds you if you’ve been gone long
Jillian Michaels game is awesome, Rod and I have worked out to it before and we’re sore the day after. She’s good.
I actually think I’m going to go out this afternoon for a job, its gorgeous out {hope the win doesn’t blow me away} and get some sun too. Skinny Butt and tan body YES!
Hi Cher, thanks for the comment. I love Jillian too. Seriously, I want her as my trainer
It took me a while to acquire a taste for tea, but now I’m hooked!
I usually try to do the tv workouts or the movie work outs when I’m in a rut, but sometimes it’s hard for me to find the motivation esp. when I’m sick or tired. Days off are my refuge.
AND I LOVVVVE TEA! i am a chai fiend.
Tea… I like iced tea! I love Trader Joe’s Mango tea… ($1.99 for 20 bags). I have an ice tea maker that is great! http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=16494100
heidi
Oh Heidi I wish we had a trader joes!! you’re so lucky!
Hey Chic, thanks for the comment. I know what you mean, I get in ruts ALL. THE. TIME. Sheesh, its hard not to. You get used to what you like.
I think I should try some chai, I’ve been hearing good things.
ooo I need the jillian work out! thanks for posting a blog about it…i didn’t know she had a Wii work out!
Yeah Christa, it’s awesome! She even will yell things like “Don’t quit now! You got this!” and you’re like “Jill, you’re right” and you cry and keep going. haha
Don’t have Wii Fit… but I do have sports. I play the boxing and tennis to get the bloodflow going, and I do their daily training programs on the billion and one Miis we have [since its like a two minute test per mii! not fair, I need more than a two minute session... haha]
You should get DDR, [dance dance revolution], that’s a billion times better than the Wii fitness stuff. Although it is a bit costly to get the good mats that won’t slide everywhere… I used to go to the arcade every other day and get a good workout on that for a couple of bucks before I got the actual game…. which is lost in our garage somewhere since the move. So sad….
[LOL]
Jen I’ve heard from DDR, never tried it, and if I do. I SO won’t try it when people are around. haha THAT would be hilarious.
I loved the boxing game, that was awesome!
Hey Lauren, I saw your post and went out and impulsively bought Jillian’s workout for the Wii!!! haha It looked so cool and I brought it home and it was awesome.
I don’t have Wii Fit, but do you think I should get it? I know I tried it without the board and it was good, but what are the benefits to getting the board??
Also, have you heard of the new Wii Active that is coming out??? It looks awesome!!!
Rachel you crack me up! thats awesome! I really like the wii fit, there’s a lot more you can do with the board and if you get it, try the hula hoop game, I swear it’s a woman’s dream, works that waist line. I’m always sore afterwards.
that’d be awesome!
I haven’t heard about the Wii Active, I gotta check it out.
We should get together sometime soon and Wii!
