Saturday got my Wholyfit class, then going to the Galleria Mall with Hubs to find us some new running shoes! {Any suggestions?} Should be exciting.

I like Asics a lot. They come in different widths so i can get narrow and my hubby gets wide. We found them at a special running store.. not sure if the different widths are at regular stores.
Shoes? Easy Spirits! They were awesome shoes for me – until I put them in the washing machine. One of the soles got cracked so I don’t know how awesome that is if they broke on the first wash. Now I have New Balance shoes.
Weekend plans are simple: Going to go take some headshots for a friend’s website, and then afterward I’m going straight out of town to go visit my cruise ship roomate/marine friend. She’s back in town on maternity leave for a few days. She said I need to go visit before she “pops.” Can’t say no to that kind of request! LOL

Heidi – I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about Asics for running shoes. I love my Nike Shox, but they say they’re bad for running and my knee’s been bothering me… so I just don’t know. I need something good.

You can go to a shoe store and they should watch you walk/run. They can give you the right shoe for how you run. There is a store that does it here in Spring.
Athlete’s Foot will do it for you. You can take in your old shoes to some stores too.
Good idea Bonnie! I heard Luke’s Locker does something like that too? I’ve forgotten about Athlete’s Foot, that stores been around forever.
