Holy Bananas Ya’ll…
Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred and I’m loving it. {crazy… I know}
I heard everyone talking about this DVD saying how tough it was and they were sore and blah blah blah… I thought “hmm I work out, I can handle this, they’re being dramatic maybe?”…
I TAKE IT ALL BACK!!! Forgive me PLEASE! Jillian Michaels you are insane woman! {but I love you!!} Red face and sweat dripping I kept on moving…
The first 5 minutes I was like “what the heck Betty how am I gonna do this!?” I am NOT a fan of Jumping Jacks, but I stuck with it, and love how I feel after. I felt like I worked out for an hour, no joke, and this is ONLY 20 minutes ya’ll.
There’s no doubt in my mind that I’m going to be mega results from this, my quads already feel sore.
Even through this is a killer workout {and might I just add, this is level 1… just 1} it’s so going to be worth the results. I felt energized today and very accomplished just by taking the first time to actually work out to this DVD, making myself follow-through. And I have to admit, telling all of you about it and all of you ASKING me {thank you
} about it, is SUCH a motivator. So keep it up please {love ya’ll}
