I AM SUPER excited!! It’s Biggest Loser time again!!

This show is so addicting, but also so very motivating. Have you seen it? Are you a fan? Does it get you super-crazy pumped to work out? It does me.

I really love watching each contestant strive to suceed. They realize what has gotten them to this point, they choose to change, they fight to stay in the game and they fight to lose that weight that’s controlled their lives. It’s such an awesome journey to watch and at times you can completely relate to the people and their sruggles.

I SO Love the trainers, Bob and Jillian are great! I so want Jillian Michaels to be my trainer! She’s crazy, hardcore and seriously doesn’t take no for an answer, she will push the contestants further than they ever thought they could and in the end they all have such a sense of confidence they’ve never had before. It’s awesome!!
