I’ve really been wanting to get into the habit of getting up earlier and getting my work-out in for the day. Instead ofafternoon workouts where I’m really starving and eyeing the clock thinking “what’s for dinner?”

It’s simple, just set the alarm and in the morning it will buzz until you’ve done 30 reps… 30 reps?? while half asleep?

Hahahahahaha, I love this, I think Kenny would really enjoy it. But I agree with Ondrea, I/Kenny would probably hurt ourselves doing 30 reps half asleep!
