Have you ever been tired of yourself? Ever thought, “If I could run away from me for a bit I would?” That’s how I felt the other day. Things weren’t going my way. I was bummed about a lot of things and anxious about things I couldn’t control. I’m a fairly positive person. My sister, Amanda says that I can always find the light at the end of the tunnel and find the reason why this can work out for the good, I’m the encourager. So what happens, when the encourager can’t encourage herself?
Well, then her amazing Fiancé’ steps in and tells her, “it’s all in God’s timing and plan, keep trusting, you can do this, you are smart, you are great, I love YOU!”
Words like that are powerful… and when I can be at my most stubborn moments, Rodney is so very understanding and patient with me, why does he love me, when I know I can be so difficult? I really don’t know… 
But what I do know, is I love him equally back. That when he’s down, I do everything that I can to encourage him and tell him how good he is and how through our sweet God’s strength, he can do anything.
I’m blessed. I know that… sometimes, you just need to be reminded.
