The part of waking up…

is waking up to a cloudy (feels like fall, but eh it’s still hot) morning.

is knowing you had a great week

is knowing it’s a holiday weekend.

is watching my dog do her routine stretch. yoga dog anyone?

is knowing tomorrow is your long run. and getting hyped up for it.

and the best part of waking up…
is green tea in your cup! :)

What I Wore {New York}

I’ve been reading J’s Everyday Fashion, love love love her blog! I’m glad I found her blog before my trip to NYC, I needed some fresh fashion ideas.

White House Black Market outfit, wore to dinner in Little Italy & Times Sqaure

H&M Dress, wore to a networking event in Manhattan

BCBG dress, dinner at McCormick’s & Schmicks

Of course I wore other outfits as well. But these were all my fancy night time clothes. :)

What’s one of your favorite outfits you’ve worn on a trip?

Workout Wednesday, Get Your Sweat On!

Welcome September! Where did the summer go? Crazy how fast time flies by. I love September though {I was born in this month ;) }

**What’s Workout Wednesday you ask? Click here to get the details and participate! :) **

Well… Happy Wednesday my friends, time to get your sweat on!

Not having a gym to go to for me can be  hard to get a workout in besides running or yoga… I always relied on the gym for classes and weights and whatnots…

that’s why I LOVE Fitness Magazine and all their workouts they have in their magazines and online. I found this workout the other day: Boost Energy, Blast Fat:

My dog has class

My little Yorkie graduated from Puppy School last Thursday.

It was a little touch and go there for a while ya’ll. Taxi didn’t really like her instructor and they often got in “arguments“… ahem….

But soon over the weeks, Taxi’s little/big attitude changed and she started to understand the commands and was becoming such a perfect little dog. :)

We thanked the the instructor over and over again at the end of the graduation, but she told Hubs and I that we were the ones who did all the work. We trained our dog! YEA! I looked at hubs and said “Maybe this means we’ll be good parents one day too.” ;)
